Age Restriction — Adults Only
VersusPlay and all games available through our platform are strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing this platform or integrating our games, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all users on your operator platform meet this requirement.
VersusPlay (“Company”, “we”, “us”) is a B2B game API provider platform. We supply skill-based multiplayer game infrastructure to licensed operator platforms (“Operators”) who integrate our games into their own products and services.
VersusPlay does not operate consumer-facing gaming platforms directly. We provide technology, APIs, and game servers. The operator is solely responsible for their end users' experience, compliance, and legal obligations in their jurisdiction.
All games offered through VersusPlay are skill-based games, not games of chance. The outcome of every game is determined entirely or predominantly by the player's skill, knowledge, strategy, and ability — not by random chance, luck, or any algorithm designed to produce unpredictable outcomes.
Examples of our skill-based games include: Chess, Ludo, Carrom, and similar competitive multiplayer titles. In these games, a more skilled player will consistently outperform a less skilled player over time. Winning is achievable and repeatable through practice and skill development.
VersusPlay games are not classified as gambling under our operating framework. However, Operators are responsible for ensuring their use of our games complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction, as skill-game classifications vary by country and region.
Use of VersusPlay's API, dashboard, and game services is restricted to persons aged 18 years or older.
Operators who integrate VersusPlay games into their platforms are required to:

VersusPlay operates on a coin-based balance system. Operators purchase coins by submitting USDT payments which are verified and credited manually by VersusPlay administrators.
Platform fees are automatically deducted from the operator's coin balance per game round. Coin balances are non-refundable except at VersusPlay's sole discretion. The coin value (USD equivalent) is set at account setup and cannot be changed without contacting support.
Each game has a predefined revenue split between the winner, operator, and VersusPlay platform. These percentages are shown transparently in the game catalogue and operator dashboard. Operator profit is credited to your coin balance automatically after each game round settles.
VersusPlay may suspend or terminate any operator account immediately and without notice if we determine the account is:
Upon termination, access to all game APIs will be revoked immediately. Remaining coin balance may be forfeited where termination is due to a breach of these Terms.
VersusPlay provides its platform and services “as is” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific revenue outcomes for operators.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VersusPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
VersusPlay reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Operators will be notified of material changes via their registered email or dashboard notification.
