VersusPlay is a B2B skill-based game API provider. We supply game infrastructure and APIs to operator platforms — we are not a consumer-facing gaming service. This Privacy Policy applies to data collected from Operators (businesses and individuals) who register and use our dashboard and API.

When you register as an Operator, we collect:

• Identity data: Full name or business name, username, email address.
• Contact data: Telegram username (optional), email address.
• Financial and transaction data: Cryptocurrency wallet addresses provided in payment submissions, transaction hashes, USDT amounts.
• Technical and configuration data: Server URL, allowed domains, API keys, game settings, coin balance.
• Usage data: Dashboard activity, API request logs, login timestamps, IP addresses.

When a user plays a VersusPlay game on an Operator's platform, we receive limited data to verify the user and process the game session:

• A user token issued by the Operator (opaque to VersusPlay — we only verify it).
• A user ID and username as provided by the Operator.
• Bet amounts, game results, and session timestamps.

VersusPlay does not collect email addresses, payment details, or any personally identifiable information directly from end users. The Operator is the data controller for their users. VersusPlay acts as a data processor in this context.

Operators are responsible for ensuring all their users are aged 18 or older and have consented to the relevant data processing.

We use Operator data to:

• Create and manage your operator account.
• Process activation payments and verify transactions.
• Operate the game API — verifying your API keys, routing game sessions, and calculating revenue splits.
• Send operational communications (account activation, payment status updates).
• Prevent fraud, ensure platform security, and comply with applicable law.
• Monitor platform usage for performance, stability, and abuse detection.

We retain operator account data for as long as your account is active. After account closure or termination, we retain data for a period of up to 3 years for legal, tax, and audit purposes, after which it is securely deleted.

Game session logs and transaction records are retained for 2 years from the date of the game or transaction.

VersusPlay does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We may share data with:

• Infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting, database, and CDN services used to operate our platform. These providers are bound by data processing agreements.
• Legal authorities: Where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of VersusPlay and its users.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data storage, HTTPS/TLS for all API communications, hashed passwords (Argon2), HMAC-signed game callbacks, and access controls limiting data to authorised personnel.

API keys and hash secrets should be kept confidential by Operators. VersusPlay will never ask for your API keys via email or chat.

As an Operator, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Object to processing in certain circumstances.

VersusPlay is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from or about minors. Any operator found to be permitting underage access will have their account terminated immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via your registered email or the operator dashboard. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
